After 60 years of being at war, Russia and Japan decide to bury the hatchet. In a little known fact: Russia declared war on Japan during World War II, 2 days before we dropped the A-Bomb. To this day they have not signed a peace treaty. Problems have arisen because of this but today on AOL news they said that the two countries are taking steps towards peace. Japan and Russia have decided to work on improving relations by compromising on certain issues and making trade more open between the two countries.
