If you thought the Bahamas were only good for cruises and vacations you have another thing coming. The Bahamas might be the smartest place on the face of the earth right now. The gay-cowboy flick: Brokeback Mountain is banned in the Bahamas. Of course this has the world media up in arms and ready to rumble. The Bahamas have a history of rejecting the homosexual lifestyle, the governmentn there has stated its realization that homosexuality ruins family values...its about time someone stood up for these values. So if you're a conservative you have another good reason to go to the Bahamas, right?

with freedom of speech comes responsibility...promoting a perverted lifestyle is not freedom of speech it's propaganda.

i haven't seen the movie so i don't know whether they are encouraging everyone to become gay (i doubt it), but if they did so, what's wrong with that? just like you have the right to promote your conservative christian lifestyle other people have the right to promote their - in your eyes perverted - lifestyle. as long as you are not promoting violence you have the right to say what you want.

Changing the morals of our culture (of which few are left, thanks to Hollywood) is not "freedom of speech" it's tearing us down. America began as a Christian nation: 99% of the founding fathers were Christians. Why is it "freedom of speech" to promote a gay lifestyle while it's violating the Constitution to promote a Christian lifestyle? I just don't understand. Most Christians are accused of being "homophobic" this is a lie, we're not afraid (phobic is Latin for fear) of gays we're disgusted at their lifestyle and wish that they would change.

again you are saying its not freedom of speech, just because you are disgusted by them. Also I think that you have the right to differ on opinion on america's morals.
i think you have a lot of possibilities to promote christian lifestyle in the US -- only the constitution calls for secularity, which i agree with -- and that you are succeeding in promoting that. america is a very religious, christian country compared to countries in europe...
and you're not afraid of gays, you just hate them, that's much better.

1) The Consitution does not call for secularization...(I think I'll make a point to blog on this later.
2) Sweden has legalized gay marriage and their economy is going down, divorce rates are going up, poverty and crime rates are also going up, just since they legalized gay marriage.
3) I'll agree that we're more Christian then Europe...but that's not saying much.
4) I don't hate gays, I'm digusted at their lifestyle, and I'm sorry for them. In the Bible it says to: hate the sin, not the sinner.

1)allright, you say so'
2)your sweden comment is just hilarious!...just blame everything on gay marriage! how does gay marriage affect the economy..tell me!
3)you're right it doesnt say much...espicially when you have a president who says that the greatest philospher was jesus christ but hasnt learnt anything from his teachings
4)very often people can't divide that sin and sinner...and it seems like many christians don't care

And Happy Easter
